Im lovin this vid!  Its got great info on how to shift an old rig without grinding the shit outta the gears but its also a thing of beauty to see that old girl trying to hard to keep running.  The worn out old International Harvester Wikipedia - International Harvester sounds groggy and grumpy but its trying hard to motor down the road.  Notice the shift level setup.  Ive read that alot of the Internationals had column shift that would wear out and instead of rebuilding it was easier to just attach a couple of levers directly to the tranny.
